“As people prepare to watch the game either at SoFi Stadium, at a restaurant or bar, or at home with friends and family, please remember the sensible public health measures that protect us all. L.A. County believes in taking care of each other, and I know we can take care of one another and enjoy the game at the same time. Please be safe, have the best time ever, and go Rams!”

Los Angeles County Covid-19 Stats

In preparation for the Super Bowl tomorrow, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health urges residents to take care of one another by taking steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including:

  • Getting vaccinated or boosted before the game.
  • Getting a COVID-19 test as close to the start of the game as possible and after the game if you had possible exposures.
  • Skipping the game or in-person party if you’re ill or have a positive COVID-19 test and joining a party virtually instead.
  • Keeping it small and outdoors, if you’re hosting a gathering. If that’s not an option, improve indoor air flow.
  • Keeping your hands clean and keep your distance while eating.
  • Wearing a well-fitted high-quality mask.
  • Following masking requirements for indoor establishments and outdoor mega events.
  • Wear a more protective mask or a well-fitting respirator if at higher risk for COVID-19 if you’re indoors.
  • Following all Game Day Health and Safety Protocols at SoFi Stadium and Super Bowl events.
